Build Real-World Software from Day One

This program takes you from core programming to building fullstack applications that incorporate AI—through hands-on, real-world development.

  • Python & Core Programming
Write clean, functional code and solve problems like a developer.

  • Fullstack Development
Build complete web applications using modern frameworks, APIs, and databases.

  • AI & Intelligent Applications
Build and integrate AI-powered features into your projects using real-world tools, APIs, and prompt design.

  • Version Control & Collaboration
Manage code and collaborate using Git and GitHub—just like a professional engineering team.

  • Databases & Backend Systems
Design, build, and manage data systems using tools like PostgreSQL.

By the end of the program, you’ll have built and deployed applications that demonstrate your skills.

JavaScript

Build responsive web applications.

Python

Dive into back-end development and data manipulation

React.js

Create engaging user interfaces with this powerful library.

Django

Develop secure and scalable web applications.

Git

Collaborate effectively with version control.

PostgreSQL

Master data storage and management.

AI

Develop AI-powered applications and chatbots.

Artificial Intelligence

Build web applications with integrated AI features.

What Success Looks Like

You don’t need coding experience to start—but you do need to show up, stay engaged, and keep building. This is an active, hands-on environment where you learn by doing—writing code, solving problems, and applying new concepts every day.

How You’ll Learn

Short, focused instruction is followed by immediate application. You’ll spend most of your time writing code—building projects, working through challenges, and developing the habits of a software engineer.

What’s Expected

Engagement matters. You’ll need to ask questions, participate, and stay involved. Waiting for answers or staying on the sidelines makes it harder to keep up.

What It Feels Like

You will get stuck—and that’s part of the process. You’ll work through problems with your peers, test solutions, and build confidence by figuring things out—not just being shown the answer.

Upcoming Fullstack Engineering Cohorts

Both programs deliver the same curriculum and hands-on building experience—the difference is pace and schedule. The Immersive program is a 15-week, full-time path for moving quickly, while the Evening & Weekend program spans 28 weeks part-time, allowing you to build the same skills while balancing other commitments.

Ranked Among the Best Coding Bootcamps

  • “I think Code Platoon’s curriculum goes deeper than other coding bootcamps. One week, we had a whole day on Agile project management. That workshop immersed us in how software engineers think and let us network with the industry pros leading them.”
    Kelvin Lau
    Air Force Veteran
  • “The program was a challenging experience, but once I set my mind to it, it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. The instructors explained concepts well and supported our learning. The other students jumped in to help when someone got stuck.”
    Everett Yeckley
    Army Veteran
  • "I decided to build myself again from the ground up. I told myself if I was able to do everything I had done up to that point in my life, how hard could it be to learn a new skill and become a software engineer? Turns out it was difficult, but with the help of the TAs and the resources at Code Platoon, I knew I would be able to achieve my goal."
    Francisco Avila
    Marine Corps Veteran
  • “I was nervous at first to pursue software engineering and attend Code Platoon. I’d heard that other bootcamps are very competitive, with students who feel threatened by each other’s success. At Code Platoon though, the staff, instructors, and students were all extremely supportive and inclusive."
    Kat Wegrzynowicz
    Military Spouse
