Code Platoon’s DevOps and Cloud Engineering: Evening & Weekend program features the same curriculum as the DevOps and Cloud Engineering: Immersive program.
As a student, you will receive the same expert instruction, Beyond Tech career preparation, and hands-on projects–but on a schedule that allows you to keep your daytime commitments. By completing the program, you’ll have the skills to work as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Security Engineer, or another DevOps-related role.
The Evening & Weekend program includes live evening classes three nights a week and all day on Saturday over 28 weeks.
The program is open to Veterans and military spouses. Students in the Evening & Weekend program may qualify for VET TEC or a Code Platoon scholarship.
The Evening & Weekend program spans 28 weeks. It includes the same number of hours as the DevOps and Cloud Engineering: Immersive program.
Classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30-9:30 p.m. CST and Saturdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CST. Students attend their online classes live remotely during these weekly program periods.
Preparing students for the tech workplace is essential to Code Platoon training. Our Beyond Tech eight-part career preparation workshop series begins during classes and continues after graduation with Career Services.

After graduation, Code Platoon’s Career Services team works with each graduate as needed to find full-time employment in DevOps and Cloud Engineering within six months of graduation.
Tuition for the DevOps and Cloud Evening & Weekend program is $18,000. Students may qualify to use VET TEC to pay for the program. Scholarships are also available.
Code Platoon specializes in training the military community exclusively. You’ll learn in a comfortable environment, surrounded by people with shared military experiences and personal objectives.
The DevOps and Cloud Engineering program is VA-approved, and Code Platoon is rated a “Best Bootcamp” by Switchup and Course Report.
Code Platoon is not accredited by a US Department of Education recognized accrediting body. Code Platoon is approved by The Illinois Board of Higher Education.
